All our sponges and cupcakes are homemade, baked as close to the date they are required as possible, to ensure they are fresh, moist and delicious.

Our fruit cakes are baked 3 months before the date they are required so they have time to mature and are fed with brandy regularly.

We have a choice of cake flavours avaliable but if there is a particular flavour you require please ask, the flavours are:

• Vanilla with Raspberry jam and Vanilla Buttercream
• Lemon with Raspberry jam and Lemon Curd Buttercream
• Orange with Orange Buttercream
• Coffee with Coffee Buttercream
• Almond with Raspberry Jam and Almond Buttercream
• Rich Chocolate with Chocolate Buttercream or Chocolate Ganache
• Carrot with Lemon or Vanilla Buttercream
• Fruit Cake

Wedding cakes can be made to have different flavours on each tier. All wedding cakes are covered with marzipan first and then fondant icing.

All cakes come supplied with a board and a box. Clear boxes for cupcakes and Individuals are provided at an additional charge along with clear bags and ribbons for cookies.

A deposit of 50% is needed on all cakes when the order is taken.
